At the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam, there is an event called “Beer Tasting.” You enter a room with a stunning bar and a knowledgeable host who will demonstrate the best way to draught, tast, and drink a beer. In response to the Covid pandemic, they introduced a creative solution by conducting the tasting session through a Zoom call. The host appears on camera, while participants join the tasting from the comfort of their homes, equipped with a package containing all the beers.
